For all of us at Casino Rodos, the health of our customers and staff is our topmost priority. In order to provide a safe stay in our premises, we apply the following measures:

  • We keep the necessary social distances.
  • We check all customers’ and employees’ temperature upon their entrance.
  • As per company policy, we provide our customers with masks for MANDATORY USE within our premises. Additionally, we provide gloves for optional use.
  • We disinfect our internal premises regularly.
  • We have installed protective plexiglass panels at all transaction areas (Reception, Cash Desk, etc.).
  • We have posted instructions with basic hygiene rules at visible locations throughout the premises.
  • We provide plentiful sanitising liquid for our customers at multiple access points across our premises, and encourage customers to use it regularly during their stay.
  • We follow the Suspicious Case Management Protocol, which includes the presence of a Casino representative responsible for managing any suspected cases of infection that may occur during operating hours, and the appointment of a specialised COVID-19 doctor responsible for providing constant services.
  • Our employees mandatorily wear masks and gloves.
  • We use natural air to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout our premises.
