TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF “LUCKY MACHINE LOTTERY”

- CASINO RODOS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “CRSA”) carries out 9 (nine) “Lucky Machine Lotteries” every day in-between the “Wheel of Fortune” lotteries.
- CRSA’s electronic system selects at a random time a random slot machine number, and the player active on that slot machine is awarded an amount of points as a prize, which are added automatically to their membership card.
- The winning slot machine number is displayed on the in-house monitors and an automated audio message notifies players accordingly.
- A member of CRSA Slots Department staff informs the winner of the amount of the award.
- Eligible to participate are all players who have been active on any of the slot machines using their membership card for at least 15 (fifteen) minutes before the random selection time and have had a theoretical loss of at least 5 (five) euros during, or completed in, the past 60 minutes.
- The amount of the awarded points ranges from 1.000 and 10.000.
- The awarded points will be visible on the winners’ membership card when they remove their card from the machine for approximately 1 (one) minute.
- The prize may by no means be claimed by a representative or exchanged for cash.
- CRSA reserves the right to cancel or modify the lottery and its Terms and Conditions without prior notice in the event of catastrophe, war, military invasion, force majeure or any violation of the law or for any other reason outside of its control. Any modifications in the process of the promotion, the winning process and the notification of the winners will be announced at the earliest possible time.
- By participating in the lottery, a participant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The winner can be cancelled at any stage for the following reasons: (a) in case of reluctance to accept, for whichever reason, these terms and conditions that are considered fundamental in their entirety, (b) in case their participation does not comply with any of these terms, (c) in case their participation is, upon the judgment of the CRSA, illegal or caused by deception or unlawful interference by the participant or third party.
